At Hobbs Group Advisors, we follow a specific process to ensure every client has an excellent experience. We follow our Financial Planning process for every Planning (HGA Plan) and Wealth Management (HGA Wealth) client we serve. For new retirement plan clients (HGA Retire), we follow a unique process to better serve both the plan sponsor and employees of the plan.
Our Financial Planning Process (HGA Plan)
INTRODUCTION
Let's get to know each other and decide if we are a good fit. We will explain how we work with clients like you and the types of fees we charge for certain services.
ENGAGE
Once you are comfortable, we will require a written agreement officially hiring HGA for services. This agreement will outline the fees and services provided by our firm.
DATA GATHERING
Fill out our digital Financial Fact Finder in your timeframe. We will walk you through any questions you have to give us a complete picture of your finances.
REVIEW
We will review and confirm your financial picture with you. We will begin to formulate goals at this point.
DELIVER
We will deliver recommendations, projections, and action steps to help you reach your goals. We will answer any questions you have, and make any adjustments you'd like as we refine your plan.
Our Retirement Plan Consulting Process(HGA Retire)
DISCOVERY
We strive to understand your specific purpose and goals for having a plan. We will also share our approach, fees, and service model.
REVIEW
We will review your current plan design, investment lineup, fees, and education strategy.
ENGAGE
We will propose a plan of action, and if you chose to move forward, you can formally engage our firm by signing a Retirement Plan Consulting Agreement, which spells out our fees and services.
CONSULT
We will present recommendations to enhance your plan through plan design changes, and implementing a customized participant education strategy.
IMPLEMENT
We will schedule activities on an annual basis to include fiduciary review, education sessions, and plan benchmarking.
