Francesca Passen CFP®

Firm Vice President Francesca Passen, CFP®, works primarily in our Greenville office, where she provides comprehensive wealth management services to individuals, families, business owners, and busy professionals. She specializes in retirement planning, investment management, employer-sponsored retirement plan consulting, and tax-efficient strategies, with a particular focus on helping business owners design retirement plan structures that maximize available tax credits and support broader tax planning objectives while educating employees.

Francesca is committed to making complex financial matters clear and manageable. She believes financial planning should create peace of mind and serve as a steady foundation for long-term success. By taking time to understand each client’s goals, values, and responsibilities, she develops personalized strategies designed to simplify decision-making and provide clarity and confidence at every stage of life. Her approach is rooted in partnership, proactive communication, and long-term relationships built on trust.

Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Francesca earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business and began her career with Hobbs Group Advisors as an intern before joining the firm full time. In 2025, she was recognized as a Greenville Women of Influence honoree. She holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation.

Francesca and her husband, Jordan, live in Greenville with their two dogs, Bubba and Bo. A proud Buckeye and Gamecock, she enjoys staying active in the community and along the Swamp Rabbit Trail.
